There are two ways patients can register for My Patient Portal: 1. Self-register Online You can self-register online using the email we have on file at Lawrence Memorial Hospital or at one of our physician/specialty care provider offices. You can also register using your medical record number (MRN).
The LMH Health My Patient Portal app is available for your Apple or Android device. Open the App Store or Google Play and search for LMH Health My Patient Portal. Apple Health also connects with My Patient Portal to provide easy access to your medical records.
My Patient Portal shouldn’t be used to contact your doctor for medical emergencies that need immediate attention. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Family members and friends may call LMH Health at 785-505-5000 and request to be transferred to you. They may also request your phone number and dial directly to your room.

You may bring a small bag of personal belongings such as toothbrush, hairbrush, robe and slippers. If possible, label your belongings. Labeling greatly increases the chance of finding your items in case they are misplaced. Whenever possible, please leave your valuables, credit cards, cash and jewelry at home. LMH Health does not assume responsibility for lost articles but will make every effort to help you find them. If you lose an item, notify your nurse immediately.
If you experience any communication problems while receiving care, please tell your nurse about your special needs. We can provide the following:
Being an organ donor will not affect the care you receive. If you are injured or ill and are taken to a hospital emergency room, you will receive the best possible care whether or not you are an organ donor. Donation procedures begin only after all efforts to save your life have failed and death has been declared.
The hospital has a notary public available form 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If you need notary service, please ask your nurse to call our administration or the human resources office.
