Billing Information Licking Memorial Patient Financial Services manages the billing for Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS). Effective February 27, 2021, patients receiving care from providers employed by LMHS no longer will receive two separate billing statements.

The EOB will show any payments made to LMHS and the amount that is your responsibility. You will receive a statement from LMHS once all insurance claims have been processed. This statement will reflect all insurance payments, adjustments, and the balance remaining. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
Yes. As a courtesy to you, LMHS will send a claim to your insurance company for consideration of coverage. If we do not receive payment from your insurance company within 60 days, we must look to you for payment of the bill. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.
