1 Emergency Department — Timely and effective care in hospital emergency departments is essential for good patient outcomes. Delays before getting care in the emergency department can reduce the quality of care and increase risks and discomfort for patients with serious illnesses or injuries.
An environment strictly based on making a profit and pleasing upper management. No care or concern for employees safety. Positive feedback. Just a hollow shell of a Hospital that should just close, it serves no useful purpose other than generating profit and phony happiness for the general public.
I enjoy the facility, it is small and very community like. It is a critical access facility and there are many opportunities for staff to learn other tasks related to their profession as there are plenty of areas to be covered.
We are at team, we all care about our patients, and each other. We do our best to keep families and their loved ones happy and safe. Quality care is what we are all about.
Little Falls hospital was always big on making sure everyone was up to date on their education. They had workshops where you would go and have hands on learning on how to improve on care or just to brush up on your education. Everything was well prepared and overall Little Falls Hospital was a great place to work at.
Too slow paced for me, some staff were chronic complainers, low paying and not a lot of positive interactions between departments. Immediate supervisor had your back but no one higher up did. Very difficult to stay positive while working.
It is just your Small Town Hospital. Staff is like a close knit family, they take care of each other. Sometimes there are staffing issues but that is everywhere. Pay isn't bad for the job and the annual Christmas Party is always a blast.
Great emergency room for a small, rural hospital. Staff always worked together as a team to provide the highest level of care to the patient's that visited the department daily.
