How old do you have to be to get a MyChart account?

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not access or use MyChart. The use of MyChart is completely voluntary and is not required to receive health care from Lexington Medical Center. Individuals must be age 16 or older to request a personal MyChart Account.

Can you disregard medical advice?
