Patient Portals can help keep you better informed, better serviced and more satisfied with your healthcare experience. Patient portals allow you to view your medical visit history, lab & test results, securely message your primary care provider, schedule appointments and pay your bill online (applicable for clinic patients only. Urgent Care, Outpatient Services patients and hospital inpatients can pay online here ).

Does Lexington Regional Health Center have a portal?

Lexington Regional Health Center has two patient portals. Patients seen at any one of our clinics, including Family Medicine Specialists clinic, Urgent Care, Elwood Clinic and Bertrand Health Clinic have a unique portal. Hospital inpatients also have a unique portal.

Do you need an email address to register for a portal?

Registrants must provide an email address to complete registration for either portal.

As a MyChart user, your role in maintaining the security of your medical information is: 1) Changing your password on a regular basis, and 2) Keeping your login ID and password confidential.

How long does a proxy account last in LMC?

For access to the LMC MyChart Account of an adult patient or a minor patient ages 16-17, the patient and the proposed proxy complete the “Proxy for Adult Application.” Proxy access to an adult patient’s MyChart Account will automatically terminate three years after establishing proxy access.

How old do you have to be to get a MyChart account?

Individuals must be age 16 or older to request a personal MyChart Account. Parents or guardians of minor patients, patient representatives, or other individuals may request access to a patient’s MyChart Account by following the terms outlined in the "Proxy Access" section of this Terms and Conditions statement.
