It’s easy to get started. During your first doctor’s visit, you’ll get an activation code to sign up for My Leon. If you forget or lose the code, you can still sign up by going to the website and answering a few questions about yourself. Remember, we’re always here to help you sign up and to answer your questions.

What should I do? You may contact our Leon Medi Connect Patient Support Line at (305) 642-5366 to request a new, secure password.
