Why can’t I access the Lehigh University online community?

Access the patient portal here and sign in using your Lehigh credentials. Select the button on the top toolbar that says, "My Forms." Complete and submit the following forms: Select the form titled, " Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Questionnaire " and complete the five questions.

This patient portal is a secure online access for your inpatient hospital health information. It is designed to help you be a more active partner in your healthcare.

Where is health information stored?

All health data is stored on a secure server and managed with the protection of your information in mind. Only you – and those you authorize – will be able to see or gain access to the information in your Portal.

What is Campus Portal?

The Campus Portal was built on a web application framework called Luminis, developed by Campus Pipeline, which was later acquired by SCT and now Ellucian. It provided a number of "channels" organized by a user’s role, and a single sign on (SSO) interface linking to a number of different services.

When was the campus portal decommissioned?
