The electronic health record portal gives you access to some of your health information such as diagnostic testing results, diagnoses, treatment plans and prescriptions. This free service is available for hospital services that have taken place after April 15, 2014.

What time does the hospital cafeteria open?

The cafeteria is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday. Breakfast: 6:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

What items can you not bring to a hospital?

Who is responsible for precertification?

For surgical cases, the physician's office is responsible for obtaining precertification. It is advisable for you to follow up with your doctor to ensure this process has occurred. Failure to have a surgery, test or procedure precertified could result in reduced or denied benefits by the insurance carrier.

Accurately completing the MSP questionnaire ensures expedient payments to providers, as well as compliance with Medicare rules and regulations.

Can E.R. patients be visited?

E.R. patients are allowed one adult visitor for the duration of the patient's stay. No visitors are allowed for COVID-19-positive inpatients, exceptions may be made at end of life with appropriate adherence to safety guidelines. Visitors and staff are required to wear face masks at all times while in the hospital.
