What is electronic health record?

The electronic health record portal gives you access to some of your health information such as diagnostic testing results, diagnoses, treatment plans and prescriptions. This free service is available for hospital services that have taken place after April 15, 2014.

What time does the hospital cafeteria open?

The cafeteria is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday. Breakfast: 6:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

What is an advance directive?

An advance directive, also known as living will, personal directive, medical directive or advance decision, is a legal document in which a person specifies what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illness or incapacity.

What are the hours of visitation at the hospital?

Who is responsible for precertification?

For surgical cases, the physician's office is responsible for obtaining precertification. It is advisable for you to follow up with your doctor to ensure this process has occurred. Failure to have a surgery, test or procedure precertified could result in reduced or denied benefits by the insurance carrier.

What is the MSP questionnaire?

The questionnaire contains all of the necessary questions that need to be asked of the beneficiary to determine if there is other insurance that is primary to Medicare.
