Who can request an appointment with a Lee health physician?

Both new and existing patients can request an appointment with a Lee Health physician. We recognize that patients and their families are knowledgeable members of the care team and we want to include their unique perspectives and valuable feedback about their experience at a hospital.

How do I obtain medical records from Leelee health?

Lee Health has four adult acute care hospitals, one chidren's hospital, and two specialty hospitals. Office hours at all locations are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. To obtain copies of medical records see below for directions of how to request copies. STAT requests should be faxed to one of the hospitals in the Office Locations section below.

Does Lee Memorial Hospital have free parking?

Free parking at entrance and on Lee Memorial Hospital campus Lee Memorial Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center serving Lee County and the surrounding areas. For trauma patients, every second counts. Studies show the sooner patients get to a trauma center, the better their chance for survival.

Where can I find Lee convenient care in Fort Myers?

For minor injuries and illnesses, please see one of our Lee Convenient Care locations. Lee TeleHealth Update

As the current wave of the coronavirus continues to spread across Southwest Florida, Lee Health is making its Lee Telehealth service free until further notice. The normal cost of a visit is $49. Lee Telehealth connects patients directly with a physician or advanced provider and is available 24/7.

Parking & Transportation

Parking is easy at Lee Memorial Hospital! Park for free right in front of the entrance and all around the facility. Feel free to drop off passengers, patients, and visitors at the front door before parking.
