Getting started with MyChart (first-time users)

You can sign up for MyChart by going to our Sign Up Now page. If you have an activation code provided to you by your Lee Health physician, click "Yes, I have a code" and follow the prompts. Otherwise, please click "No, I do not have a code" and we'll collect more information to verify your identify and grant you MyChart Access.

How many hospitals does Lee Health have?

Lee Health has four adult acute care hospitals, one chidren's hospital, and two specialty hospitals. Office hours at all locations are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. To obtain copies of medical records see below for directions of how to request copies.

Be aware that not all organizations or entities that collect and maintain your health information are covered by federal or state privacy laws. Obtain and maintain copies of your medical records and information so you can use the information to monitor your care and spot any errors in the information.
