To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. How do I sign up for my BHS health patient portal?

Go to MyBHSHealth.org to get started. Click on the "Sign Up" link. Complete the required fields. You will receive an email to verify and complete your enrollment. For your convience, once you've signed up for the My BHS Health Patient Portal, download our mobile app, Meditech MHealth and choose My BHS Health Portal.

How do I access the Syracuse University patient portal?

Access and submit records such as health statements and immunization history. Only Syracuse University students have access to the Patient Portal.
