(PHI) is a not for profit, 501 (c)3 organization that has operated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Langley Health Services (LHS), in Sumterville, Florida for over 40 years, the second site in Ocala, Florida since 2008 and, starting in 2016, sites throughout Citrus County, Florida.
Dr. Alexander Moya currently serves as the Associate Chief Clinical Officer for Langley Health Services. Dr. Moya practices Podiatric Medicine which diagnoses and treats conditions of the foot and ankle. After graduating from University of Florida, Dr. Moya attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine.
After completing a pediatric residency program in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Nallamshetty moved back to Lake County and has been practicing pediatrics here for over 12 years. Dr. Nallamshetty is married, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and is very active in the community.
Tony was born in Chapel Hill, NC. He is married and has two children. He is actively involved in youth sports and has been coaching competitive soccer and youth football for the past several years. He is currently an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve serving in the Medical Service Corps.
Deborah “Debbie” Greer has been in nursing for 26 years. She graduated from USF with a doctorate of nursing practice with a specialty in Cardiology. She obtained a Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UCF. Debbie enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Interests: I have been working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the past twenty-right years in Camden, New Jersey prior to my move to Florida last year. My husband and I have been enjoying the opportunity to remain active in outside activities that the Florida weather allows year round.
Dr. Clinton grew up in Bogota, Colombia. Graduating in 1995, she began her career serving as a dentist with the Colombian Air Force. Her childhood dreams included becoming a dentist, a citizen of the United States and visiting Orlando’s Disney World. All three of her dreams came true due to hard work & determination. Dr.
