Once your baby is born, our specially trained nurses can help you in the first moments of breastfeeding. They’ll encourage you to snuggle your newborn against your skin and sleep with your baby in the hospital room. Both of these practices are shown to improve milk supply, help with successful breastfeeding, and result in a more restful experience for mother and infants.

Community medical services provided by the hospital include trauma, emergency room, general surgery, outpatient services, OB services, skilled nursing facility, lab, respiratory and x-ray and acute care. The hospital delivers 9 to 15 babies each month. The hospital routinely handles up to 250 to 300 emergency room visits each month. The hospital is staffed by over 140 full and part-time employees. The average daily census at the hospital is 7. Maximum capacity is 42 patients.

Traditional fee-for-service (FFS) clinics usually require a doctor to see over 20 patients a day. (Dr. Lamb sets a record of a whopping 50+ patients in a single day !) Since adapting direct primary care, Dr. Lamb has devoted more time for each patient, without needing to rush the appointment for his next patient.

We don't bill any insurance plans so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and Dr. Lamb, without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and covers excellent treatment.
