Overview
No appointment? No problem. Northwestern Immediate Care provides care when you need it, without a trip to the emergency department. Lakeview is staffed by licensed physicians who are trained to evaluate and treat a variety of medical conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. We treat minor illnesses, minor accidents and skin conditions.
Parking
Dedicated patient parking is available in the first floor garage. The first two hours will be validated at $3 per hour. After that, regular rates will apply.

Urgent Requests, Records for your Physician
For immediate continuity of care, your healthcare provider can request records.
Insurance, Attorney, Disability and Third-Party Requests
Requests should be sent from your insurance company, attorney, or Disability Determination Service and emailed or mailed to the facility where you were treated.
