FMH offers a wide variety of support from within the portal. From the Home Screen, select My Account and from the drop down select Support. Once the Support Information opens, you can click Knowledge Base for Frequently Asked Questions or click the User Manual for step-by-step instructions on using the portal.

How to reset my LRH password?

You will be redirected to https://mylrh.followmyhealth.com. Click on the Sign In button and select the Forgot your password link. Enter your username and select reset. If the username was correct, an email with instructions will be sent to the email address on file.
