How do Lake regional patients access their health information?

Beginning June 15, 2019, Lake Regional patients access their health information using two portals. The below information is for the clinic patient portal. This new portal, called HEALTHConnect, provides information about clinic visits, as well as results of labs and diagnostic imaging related to clinic visits.

Use the Lake Health Connect: My Health portal to see information about your care at Lake Health urgent cares; TriPoint, West or Madison Emergency Departments; overnight stays at TriPoint or West medical centers; and radiology or lab tests taken at any Lake Health facility other than your doctor’s office.

Is Lake Health covered by insurance?

Most major insurance providers include Lake Health in their coverage, however there are more narrow networks where access maybe restricted. Please check with your insurance carrier to make sure Lake Health is in network.

Can you register for Syntellis after discharge?

All Discharged Patients who supplied a valid email address will receive an electronic invitation from the hospital and a link to register online for Syntellis shortly after discharge.

Is Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital partnering with Syntellis?

Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital has partnered with Syntellis to provide this service. Online healthcare information is available to patients 18 years and older and who have been a patient at the hospital on or after January 1, 2014.
