How old do you have to be to enroll in Lake Regional Health?

To enroll, you must be 13 years old or older and have an email address on file at Lake Regional Health System. It is recommended that you use a personal email address that’s unique to you and not being used by another person.

What is proxy access?

Proxy access allows a parent, guardian or other designated individual (like a spouse, family member or friend) to use a patient portal to connect to information regarding a family member or friend. If you are a parent who wants to use one or both of our patient portals to view your child’s health information, you will need proxy access. How long does it take for a lab report to be available in the hospital?

Hospital test results will appear in your portal after you’re discharged from the hospital. Clinic lab results are available 36 hours after the results have been finalized. Radiology reports are available 36 hours after the physician has signed the report.

Where does health information come from?

Your health information comes directly from your electronic medical record at the hospital or doctor’s office. If you have questions about results or medical information, please use the messaging function to alert your provider or you may call your provider’s office directly.

Can I print my lab results from the patient portal?

Will I be able to download or print my records from the patient portal? Yes, you will be able to print lab results, reports, known allergies, medical history, medications, immunizations, your Health Summary and your demographic information from the portal.

When do you call a pharmacy to confirm prescriptions?

Then, about a week before your refill date , a pharmacy staff member will call you to confirm which prescriptions are needed. By working with you and your doctor, the pharmacist will ensure that you are taking the right medications each month and that your prescriptions are ready for pickup or delivery before you run out.

What does a pharmacy staff member do?

A pharmacy staff member will help you choose the best date for one monthly refill. Once you begin the program, pharmacy staff will call your doctors for refills and also will work with your insurance companies.

Wish you didn't have to manage ongoing refills? You don't! Sync Your Refills is a free service that allows you to pick up all of your ongoing prescription refills on a single, convenient day each month. You may also choose to have them delivered to you at no extra cost! This service is especially helpful if you take multiple medications on an ongoing basis.
