Sam Beckman is the on-site addiction counselor at Lake Howell Health Center. He is licensed to treat mental health and specializes in helping people with addictions. Sam has over 40 years of experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions. He teaches patients and their families strategies to cope and succeed in addiction recovery.

Kristen H. Umholtz is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) at Lake Howell Health Center who provides individual and group counseling for individuals struggling with substance abuse, addictions, depression, anxiety and codependency issues.
