Located in the Atrium on Oak Park Campus

Patients pre-admitting for surgery complete their registration, nurse interview, blood work, EKG, and chest x-ray all in one area. If a patient needs financial counseling, they can also complete a Medicaid Financial Assistance application in the patient access center.
