Angela went out of her way to help and did resolve the issue i have been struggling with today (get results from lab) However, reaching her was a major ordeal. The lab office (324 14th st NY 10014) never picked up the call. i tried 3 times.

I recently had lab work done at Labcorp's Mount Laurel, NJ location and I have to say my experience was very positive. I had made an appointment and was actually taken early (even though) there were others there who did not have appointments.

It is sad that all numbers you call for information on certain test cannot reach a customer service. I spent half a day and was not every able to speak for anyone, therefore I decided to go to Quest that have live people to talk to you and answer any question.

I have to go to labcorp because of my insurance. After reading the reviews I am scared to. First strike I found a location but it doesn't say the hours. This is in DC so lord knows they will be late. The thing with not wearing gloves...anyone that approaches me without gloves will be told to put them on. That is a basic.
