TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

If you’re already a registered user on the TOL Secure Patient Portal, MHS GENESIS works much the same way.

Why do you need lab care for CCP?

As a CCP patient, there are many benefits to choosing LabCare for your lab work: Accurate test results and quick, reliable reports. Completed test results are automatically entered into your electronic record for your practitioner to see. Your practitioner can easily track results.

When does CDPHP go into effect?

Information for CCP CDPHP Members. This preferred laboratory designation, which went into effect on February 15, 2020, means that no CDPHP member will be financially disadvantaged if they visit a LabCare draw station or have their labs drawn in any one of CCP’s practices compared to another lab in the area.

Is lab work covered by a high deductible plan?

High Deductible Plan. The cost of lab services will be covered once you reach your deductible limit so you won’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Non-High Deductible Plan. If your health plan requires a copay for lab services, the copay will be waived.

Can LabCare print your lab report?

Copies of your report can easily be printed for you. Your results can be posted into your personal patient portal. LabCare has several locations across the area, some require an appointment, others will help you on a walk-in basis.

Is CCP a high deductable plan?

With CCP’s preferred lab designation, you will see no changes to your copayments or out of pocket costs and can continue using CCP for lab services without any financial disadvantage as compared to other area labs. Non-High Deductible Plan.

What is PHI in DOD?

Any protected health information (PHI) in your records may be used and disclosed generally as permitted by the HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164), as implemented within DoD. Permitted uses and disclosures of PHI include, but are not limited to, treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.

What does USG do?

The USG routinely intercepts and monitors communications on this IS for purposes including, but not limited to, penetration testing, COMSEC monitoring, network operations and defense, personnel misconduct (PM), law enforcement (LE), and counterintelligence (CI) investigations.

Can the USG inspect data stored on this IS?

At any time, the USG may inspect and seize data stored on this IS. Communications using, or data stored on, this IS are not private, are subject to routine monitoring, interception, and search, and may be disclosed or used for any USG-authorized purpose.
