What is the patient portal and how do I use it?

Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the patient PIN provided to them to add each child to their account. Each child will receive their own PIN which will be unique to that child so access to one child's account will not gain access to any others.. If you lose your PIN, please call the office.

How do I access my test results on PM Pediatrics anywhere?

Sign into the your Patient Portal account. Tap or click on the registration task on your home page banner or select "Settings" at the top right hand side of your screen, and select "Add Child/Dependent" from the drop down menu. When prompted, enter the child or dependents PIN. Enter the child or dependents Date of Birth.

Accepting New Patients of All Ages and Newborns

Kressly Pediatrics is committed to providing great care and access to our doctors as our first priority. At this time we are accepting new patients for immediate addition to our patient panels. While registration will put you on a "waiting list", our new patient coordinator will contact you within a few days to complete the process.

PM Pediatrics now offers you the opportunity to manage your health information online and in one place. The Patient Portal enables you to view your lab reports easily, safely, and securely over the Internet.

How to view lab results on Healow?

To view lab results a second or third time, click Medical Records on the left side of the portal and choose Lab/ Diagnostic Reports. Via Healow app: To view labs, click My Records on the wheel and then Results on the next screen. Letters and test results can only be printed from desktop.
