In February 2004, Dr. Moreno joined Kleinert Kutz as staff. In addition, he accepted the appointment as physician to the Commission for Children With Special Health Care Needs. He was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor with the University of Louisville Department of Surgery, Division of Hand Surgery.
In 2015, Dr. Palazzo became the program director of the Kleinert Institute for Fellowship, the largest of its kind in the country for hand and microsurgery. Her special interests include soft tissue injuries and tumors of the hand, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, fat injections, and body contouring.
