Do not call for medication refills outside of office hours. The easiest way to get refills is to CALL your pharmacy first and request a refill; after you call, your pharmacy will contact our office.
We are happy to complete day care, WIC, school, camp, and sport participation forms as well as immunization cards for your children at no charge. If you bring the forms to a well-child/physical visit, we will attempt to fill them out before you leave. If you bring forms at other times, please allow one week for completion.

Katie is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner and has experience in primary care, adolescent medicine, pediatric urology and pediatric orthopedics. She graduated with honors from UCSF’s MEPN and Master’s of Science Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She also works at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland at Katie’s Clinic for Rett Syndrome and other related disorders.
Nanci attended the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA. While in medical school, she participated in community programs, including Health Care For The Homeless and a student outreach program, Serving the Underserved. She also founded a medical student newsletter, “Borborygmi” and co-created a conference for regional medical students on women in medicine.
