Well known in the community

I have enjoyed working here for seven years. I started as a CNA. I worked in two different departments of the hospital. I was going to school and my director worked with me so that I could continue working while going to school.

Terrible management

Management was terrible and HR wasn’t receptive to changing management style. Management would pick out a favorite and that person would get promoted or a raise. It wasn’t biased on work it was biased on who could brown nose the hardest. I would never recommend anyone to work at this establishment.

Great culture and work environment

I have worked for KVH for 6 years now. For the most part the culture at work is fantastic, but it depends on which department or manager you are working under.

KVH feels like a work in progress

Admin changes a few years ago led to a lot of restructuring and the organization suffered during that transition time. Employees, even long time employees, didn’t feel valued or respected. But it’s a small town area and those values carry over in to the workplace so overall it was like a family, however dysfunctional.

Great co-workers

All of the coworkers I've had are very friendly and helpful. The workplace tends to be a bit understaffed but everyone lends a helping hand. Busy work environment.

Medical Assistant

Overall a great place to work at. The only issue Is low pay. The cost of living in Ellensburg is much higher than what KVH pays. Most providers are great to work with.

Poor management

Management does not prioritize employees or patients. Poor staffing and negative work environment.
