All of the information in the MyKDH Patient Portal comes from your KDH Electronic Health Record (EHR). This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information.
MyKDH is an online patient portal tool that helps you manage your healthcare information easily and securely. The MyKDH web portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It gives you the option to access your health information online or from your smartphone or tablet.
Please note: It may take up to four business days for information such as radiology reports or laboratory results to show up in MyKDH patient portal. Talk to your personal provider if you have specific questions about test or lab results. Certain reports and results may not be available at this time on the portal.
You must have an email address on file with us. When you register for any services at King's Daughters' Health (inpatient or outpatient), give the registration clerk the valid email address that you would like to use. During the self-enrollment process, you will be asked for the following:

After that, you will receive an e-mail at the address you provide with instructions on how to set up an account. Visitor Policy Update – Effective June 23, 2021. We are updating our visitor policy, effective Wednesday, June 23, to permit children of all ages to visit patients in the hospital. Two adult visitors will be allowed per patient room. Visitors may rotate in and out.
Mother/Baby may have two guests. Guests may include the spouse, father of the baby, partner/significant other, parents, grandparents and in-laws. Siblings are welcome. If desired, a professional photographer may also be present. However, the photographer must provide proof of vaccination (CDC COVID-19 vaccine card) to the nursing staff prior to admission.
