Your KRMCMed patient portal allows you to easily access health records, billing, schedule appointments, and conduct virtual visits with your KRMC and Platte Valley Medical Clinic physician. If you know your medical record number and your email address is already on file, you may enroll at any time.

Start by requesting a telehealth appointment using the form at the bottom of this page. From there, we will assist with scheduling and provide a link with helpful instructions for your telehealth appointment. When it’s time for your visit, your provider will be just a few clicks away.

Insurance Coverage & Fees

Most health insurance plans provide coverage for telehealth visits. Individual copays may apply. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm your coverage or call our billing office at 620-355-7550, option 1.

Scheduling a Telehealth Appointment

Complete the form below to request telehealth visit. We will respond using your preferred method of contact. Requests submitted before 3:00pm typically receive a same-day response; requests after 3:00pm may receive a response on the next business day.

What time does the hospital admissions office open?

The Hospital Admissions entrance is open from approximately 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Clinic patients will enter and proceed to the Clinic ( following the BLUE signage) to check in and be screened at the Clinic Admissions desk.

What is the nursing staff at Kearney County Hospital?

The nursing staff at KCHS consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nurses’ Aides who live up to our motto “Pride in Caring.” With certifications in TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and BLS (Basic Life Support), our staff ensures that patients are well cared for, if not pampered. Our staff is experienced in Medical/Surgical Nursing, Emergency Services, Restorative/Rehabilitative Nursing, and Gerontology, and strive to give each patient the best care possible. Patient nurse ratios are low—often 2:1.

What is Kearney County Health Services?

Patient safety is important at Kearney County Health Services. Nurses utilize smart pump technology to administer IV medications, barcode technology to assure proper dosing of the correct medication, and an Electronic Medical Record for timely bedside documentation. Patients are even able to access pieces of their own medical record through the patient portal.
