To establish your portal account for King’s Daughters Medical Center (Hospital Only), please call our Medical Records Department at 601.835.9282.
Your access to your patient portal allows you to manage your health and stay informed about test results and your medical records. The Patient Portal links below are for patients who have established portal access through setting up a log-in and password. If you would like to establish your portal account, contact your healthcare provider’s office.
Using the portal, you have access to your personal health information via a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. You may also message your physician (provider) and request an appointment. If you have not set up a MyKDH account, we can help.
All of the information in the MyKDH Patient Portal comes from your KDH Electronic Health Record (EHR). This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information.
MyKDH is an online patient portal tool that helps you manage your healthcare information easily and securely. The MyKDH web portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It gives you the option to access your health information online or from your smartphone or tablet.
Please note: It may take up to four business days for information such as radiology reports or laboratory results to show up in MyKDH patient portal. Talk to your personal provider if you have specific questions about test or lab results. Certain reports and results may not be available at this time on the portal.
