Your access to your patient portal allows you to manage your health and stay informed about test results and your medical records. The Patient Portal links below are for patients who have established portal access through setting up a log-in and password. Talk to your personal provider if you have specific questions about test or lab results. Certain reports and results may not be available at this time on the portal.
Only two visitors per patient per inpatient stay or outpatient visit. These two visitors must remain the same and not rotate.
Pediatric patients may have two visitors, but only one person at a time. Siblings are allowed.
Visitor Policy Update – Effective June 23, 2021. We are updating our visitor policy, effective Wednesday, June 23, to permit children of all ages to visit patients in the hospital. Two adult visitors will be allowed per patient room. Visitors may rotate in and out.
