In order to create a My Karmanos Chart account, you must first receive an invitation from Karmanos to join. You must request an invitation in person during your visit at Karmanos. Please speak with a Karmanos representative during your next appointment.

My Karmanos Chart includes medical information from your visit at the Karmanos Cancer Institute. Information that is automatically added includes clinical summaries and lab test results. In addition, you can enter your own information — such as medications, allergies and immunizations — to keep track of all of your medical information in one place.
