Phone Triage

If you are experiencing symptoms related to respiratory illness AND/OR have concerns that you might have Coronavirus, we ask that you call your CCHS health center before coming in for an appointment. All calls will be triaged by staff.

Telehealth

Daily telehealth appointments, either by video or telephone. Call your closest health center to schedule.

Walk-Up Triage

All patients are triaged before coming into the health center. Patients exhibiting respiratory symptoms will be isolated promptly seen by a medical provider.
