How do I login as a parent to the new portal?
Sign into the your Patient Portal account. Tap or click on the registration task on your home page banner or select "Settings" at the top right hand side of your screen, and select "Add Child/Dependent" from the drop down menu. When prompted, enter the child or dependents PIN. Enter the child or dependents Date of Birth.
How do I access forms in the new portal?
The Kids Plus Patient Portal is a safe, secure section of our web site that allows you to see and print many of your child’s medical records, including growth charts, immunization records, lab results, and prescriptions. The Patient Portal also allows you to interact with Kids Plus, giving you access to: Growth Charts. Test Results.
Welcome to our new updated patient portal!
The navigation for this new portal is different and we have prepared this section to help you with any difficulties you may experience in the transition. In order to authenticate each parent/guardian with each child in a safe and secure way, you will be provided a secure PIN for each unique child which will come under separate emails.
To register a patient for the new portal
you will need the patient PIN number provided by the office via your Welcome Email. Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the patient PIN provided to them to add each child to their account.
