Returning patients previously registered to J ust for Women Health Portal can access their records by clicking here, using their user name and password, given to them in the office or emailed to them. Failing to log in four times will result in the patient being locked out of the portal. The patient will then need to call the office to reset the user name and password.

How do I get access to the patient portal?

You can use the patient portal to request an appointment, pay your bill, confirm normal test results, or view your health records.
