Current Patients of any of the JCH Medical Group clinics: If you are currently a patient at any of JCH Medical Group, please contact a receptionist to assist you in generating a "JCH Medical Group Portal PIN." Once you have received your pin, click register and follow the instructions.

How do I use the Clinica patient portal?

Use the Clinica Patient Portal to securely communicate with your doctor. Message options are: General Questions, Referral Requests, Medical Record Requests, and Non-Urgent Medical Questions. *The portal should not be used for emergency communications.

What information can I find in the hospital patient portal?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

Dental Care

DENTAL CLINIC CHANGES We have made some changes to our Dental Clinic to make it safer for patients to make an appointment during the Corona Virus pandemic. We have begun taking names to schedule appointments up to two weeks in advance. Please call the clinic at 813-870-0395 to request to be placed on the dental appointment waiting list.

Pharmacy

Our Board of Directors has maintained the philosophy that it makes no sense to give a patient a prescription if they do not have the money to purchase it. We have a fully stocked state licensed pharmacy that dispenses medications free of charge to patients who are given a prescription from one of our volunteer physicians.

Nutrition for Your Best Health!

Join us for a workshop on "Nutrition for Diabetes and Nutrition for High Blood Pressure" presented in English and Spanish by Dietitian Mary Keith. Workshops are FREE to attend, and held in the Judeo Christian Health Clinic conference room on two Tuesday afternoons per month beginning at 2 pm.

Family Management allows all members of a family to be managed on one account. To add a member of your family to your Access Pass please click the Family Management link and send the JCH Medical Group the name and date of birth for each family member you wish to add to your Access Pass.
