Welcome to the Renewal Portal for JPS Health Network Patients JPS Connection is a medical assistance program that helps eligible Tarrant County residents by providing quality healthcare at an affordable cost.
As Tarrant County’s community health network, JPS Health Network wants to make sure that all residents of our county have a medical home to keep them healthy. We understand that sometimes life throws curve balls. Many people experience a time in their life when the cost of medical care seems overwhelming.
To renew, you must provide information about yourself, your JPS Health Network Medical Record Number, and any changes you have had since your last JPS Health Network enrollment.
That’s why JPS provides a number of different assistance programs. By enrolling in the JPS Connection program, you and your family can see JPS doctors for regular check-ups, specialists for your specific health concerns, and even get your prescriptions filled at low cost.

JPS Connection is our county assistance program that helps eligible Tarrant County residents by providing quality healthcare at an affordable cost. The program does require a completed application and supporting documents to determine eligibility. Once eligible, coverage is provided and can only be used at JPS facilities.

There are no changes to the current PPE practices. Masks are required for anyone inside JPS facilities.
