JPHSA Closed for Holiday. JPHSA and its JeffCare Community Health Center sites will be closed on Tuesday, March 1 in observance of Mardi Gras. On holidays you can reach a primary care on-call provider at 504-838-5257 and a behavioral health mobile crisis line at 504-832-5123.
