Our Sick Clinic offers same-day appointments if you have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, headache, fever, loss of smell and or taste, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, earaches or difficulty breathing. We also test for strep, flu and Covid-19 for symptomatic patients.

Trinity Health Of New England patients are encouraged to register for MyCare, a service providing free, personalized, and secure online access to portions of their medical records. This service allows patients to safely receive and manage information about their health.

What hospitals use MyChart?

As of Oct. 1, 2020, all Ballad Health hospitals, Ballad Health Medical Associates (BHMA) and Mountain States Medical Group (MSMG) clinics use MyChart with one exception: Mountain View Regional Hospital.*

Can you edit your health record on OWL?

If you have an Online Wellness Link (OWL) account from a legacy Mountain States Health Alliance facility, you can still access your health record and edit your contact information, but no new health information will be added.#N#Log in to Online Wellness Link (OWL)
