How do I get a birth certificate in Johnson County?

Johnson County Pediatrics offers walk-in hours for established patients from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 4 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. You may bring in your sick child to be seen without an appointment or phone call during these times.

Our office is located in the Antioch Hills Medical Building at 8800 West 75th St., Shawnee Mission, Kansas. To find us take the 75th Street exit east off I-35. We are on the second floor of the Antioch Hills Medical Building which sits on the north side of 75th Street near the corner of 75th and Antioch. Parking is readily available.

Appointments

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Insurance and Billing

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
