The MyChart Patient Portal is an online tool that provides medical information about care provided at Johns Hopkins All Children’s and connects you to your health care team. Welcome to MyChart!

How do I access Johns Hopkins MyChart?

Once you are enrolled, you can access Johns Hopkins MyChart from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Visit mychart.hopkinsmedicine.org or download the app from the iTunes or Google Play stores. Parents/guardians can request a proxy account and will have full access to the child’s MyChart information.

Parents or guardians accessing information about a patient ages 13-17 will only have limited access to MyChart, with the ability to message some of their providers and view/pay bills online. This limited access reflects privacy laws and encourages teens to feel comfortable sharing health concerns with their care team.
