How do I access my medical records at JFK Hospital?

HCA Florida JFK Hospital offers two ways to access your medical record. We offer several ways to request your medical records depending the type of information you need and format. MyHealthONE consolidates many common tasks into one secure, easy-to-use online patient portal.

What is the patient portal and how do I use it?

The Patient Portal is a great tool to utilize as you can send messages to your Provider, request appointments, make prescription refill requests, pay your bill, and more! Use this if you are a new patient to our practice or if you have not been seen in over 3 years.

What if I haven’t registered with the patient portal?

If you haven’t registered with our Patient Portal yet, please contact the office at 352-237-4133 so we can send you the registration email. The Patient Portal is a great tool to utilize as you can send messages to your Provider, request appointments, make prescription refill requests, pay your bill, and more!

How can I access my medical records?

You can sign into MyChart, our online patient portal. You can use the portal to view your records, request medication refills, access test results, manage your appointments and more.

Where can I park?

Free valet parking is available 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the main entrance.

Can I visit my loved one in the hospital during the pandemic?

We update our hospital visitation every Wednesday, based upon the risk of COVID-19 spread, the number of COVID-19 patients, hospital staffing and equipment levels.
