What will happen to my existing patient portals in myjeffersonhealth?

At this time, your existing Patient Portals ( MyLink/My Doctor and MyLink/My Hospital) will no longer be updated; but they will be available for you to review or download your historical medical information. Set up your own private MyJeffersonHealth account.

Pay your bill online. Sign up for paperless billing. The switchover to MyJeffersonHealth took place on February 27, 2021.

Does Jefferson Health have inpatient records?

MyLink-My Hospital powered by FollowMyHealth® is specific to inpatient records and includes a clinical summary document from each inpatient stay or observation visit at either Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health or Abington – Lansdale Hospital.

FOR SUPPORT: Call FollowMyHealth® at 1-888-670-9775. MyLink-My Doctor is specific to physician office visit records and includes routine laboratory and radiology results and a summary of your office visits. FOR SUPPORT: Contact your doctor's office directly.

How to protect your LCMC patient portal?

As a LCMC Health Patient Portal user, your role in maintaining the security of your medical information is: 1) Changing your password on a regular basis and 2) Keeping your login ID and password confidential. It is extremely important that you keep your login name and password completely confidential.

How to enroll in LCMC?

To enroll in LCMC Health Patient Portal, you will use your access code. The access code you receive will give you the opportunity to create a personal login name (called “LCMC Health Patient Portal Username”) and a password. Once this access code has been used or after 60 days of assignment, it will no longer be valid.

YOU MUST NOT SEND ANY MESSAGES REQUIRING URGENT ATTENTION USING LCMC Health Patient Portal. Doing so may delay your receiving necessary medical treatment and could result in loss of life, organ or limb and could cause significant deterioration in your health. If you believe you have an urgent medical matter, you should call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. If the matter is not urgent but requires a timely response, please call your physician’s office.

Can LCMC modify the terms and conditions?

LCMC may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you, as a user of the LCMC Health Patient Portal, agree that such modifications are effective immediately upon posting of the modified version on this website. LCMC may also limit or discontinue your use of the LCMC Health Patient Portal at any time for any reason.
