Jan 20, 2021 · Paperless Patient Statements. Effective March 15, 2022, all Jefferson Health patients with MyJeffersonHealth accounts will be automatically enrolled in paperless patient billing. We believe that this change delivers you a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view your bills online.

Everyone entering our hospitals, medical office buildings and clinics must wear a cloth face covering. Face coverings can include homemade cloth masks, scarves and bandannas, as long as they cover both your nose and mouth. Visit the CDC for additional guidance on cloth face coverings.
Many times patients require assistance to manage care and navigate the healthcare system. In these cases, it is necessary to retain a proxy who will access their information and securely communicate with their physician’s office. This communication is handled through a MyJeffersonHealth account.

All non-COVID positive patients, including pediatric patients, are welcome to have two support people per day, over the age of 16, during designated hours. One support person may stay overnight. All COVID-positive patients are allowed one support person with nursing leadership approval.
Emergency Room patients will be allowed two support people. The support people should remain the same for the duration of the visit. Interventional patients will be allowed two support people for the duration of their procedural encounter.
Patients coming to the hospital for imaging studies or other diagnostic testing will be allowed one support person. This also applies to behavioral health patients and clinic patients. Exceptions may be made for end-of-life situations.
