To access eCheck-in from the MyChart website, click the Visits tab and then select Appointments and Visits. Once on the Appointments and Visits page, click eCheck-in.
To review your medical history, log into your MyChart account and navigate to “Medical History” under the “Health” tab
MyChart helps you schedule an appointment for the next available time slot or add yourself to the list of expected patients with just a few clicks.
To view test results, go to Health > Test Results. Select a test to see more information about it, such as the standard range for the result and any additional comments your provider may have entered about the result. Your test results are released to your MyChart account after your physician has reviewed them.
Stay up-to-date on recommended preventive care at every age and stage with MyChart’s preventive care feature. The tool tracks recommended vaccines and procedures based on your age and health and will even send reminders if you’re overdue for any preventive care measures.
You can read any messages sent to you by your doctor or other clinic staff by going to your Inbox (Messaging > Message Center). If you're looking for a specific message, enter key words in the search field on the Inbox page . If you have a nonurgent medical question, you can send a secure message to your doctor.
