When you register for services at Indiana University Health, please present your current health plan identification card. You may send IU Health your updated insurance information at any time from your My IU Health Billing Services Inbox.
Patients can only request a prescription renewal through My IU Health. The renewal request is sent to the provider, not to the pharmacy. To request a prescription renewal, visit the Medication section of the Medical Record within Health Services.

Canceling an Appointment Canceling your appointment can be done 24-hours a day/7 days a week either online or by calling our Appointment Line at 949‑824‑5304 and leaving a message. Patients who miss their appointment (no show) or cancel the appointment on the same day as their scheduled appointment will incur a fee.

Any IU Health billing statements from the 250 N. Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46219 address can be paid with Quick Pay or My IU Health. If your billing statement’s address is different, your statement is probably from another location or for a service that cannot be paid using Quick Pay or My IU Health.
Consolidated patient statements (CPS) are based on the principle of one patient, one guarantor. These statements show the amount owed for both physician and hospital bills.
