You want to set up a MyGenesis account. Here's what to do. Visit mygenesis.iqhealth.com/self-enroll to sign up. You will receive an invitation within 24 hours at the email you provided. Accept your invitation and complete the form for patient portal access. To best access MyGenesis on a mobile device, download the MyGenesis app at no cost.

How do I set up a Patient Portal account? Contact staff at Olathe Medical Center, Miami County Medical Center or your Physician’s clinic, and ask them to sign you up. All they need is for you to verify your personal information and provide an email address.

We currently offer the patient portal to our patients that are age 18 and older.

What do I need to do first?

Sign up for the portal by either having a staff member assist you in the self-enroll or having them send you an invitation to join that you complete on your own.

How do I claim my invitation?

You will receive an invitation for MyHealth to the email address you provided during your hospital visit. Included in the invitation are step-by-step instructions for setting up your account. You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the answer to the challenge question that you provided during your enrollment.

What if both my spouse and I want to sign up, but we only have one e-mail address?

You need to know that messages will be sent to the e-mail provided, user name and password, as well as notifications that information on your portal has been updated. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure e-mail address that can be used for those types of messages.
