Why isn't all my health information on the portal?

Detailed medical records are too large for the portal. To get specific information from your medical records, as your provider or our Health Information Management team. Mental health records aren't available through the portal.

How to activate MyChart?

You should have received an after-visit summary when you checked out after your appointment. If you have an after-visit summary: 1 On the activation form, enter your activation code, your medical record number, your birth date, and your ZIP code. 2 Tap or click the “Next” button. 3 Choose your username and password. 4 Explore your new MyChart account!
