We want to be sure you have the support you need to understand the information during your appointment. 4 Bring your insurance card. Several insurance companies require authorization for appointments before you are treated at our center. 5 If your insurance company has changed since you were last seen or your appointment was made, be sure to call our office before your appointment to make certain all the pre-authorization work is completed so you will not experience a delay or need to reschedule.
