What is chirp app?
Chirp is a patient portal application developed by Iora Health, Inc. ("Iora"). It is intended to help you better access your physician's office and staff. By logging into Chirp, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. You may print and retain a copy of these Terms of Use. Iora may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. When the terms are changed, Iora will post the updated terms and by signing in, you agree to and accept the new terms. Your continued use of Chirp after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to such changed terms, or if at any time you no longer wish to otherwise abide by these Terms of Use, you should not access or use Chirp.
