Visitor Guidelines

Our first priority at Crestwood Medical Center is always the health and safety of our patients, their families and our staff. We understand that the current environment has created unexpected challenges for everyone. While we are still currently limiting visitors to our facility, we are now allowing one visitor per patient.

Password Protection

Upon admission, a pass code will be established so that communication can take place between the hospital staff and family members. This pass code is used for identification during the hospitalization. Only the designated contact person may call for an update.

Supporting an Adult Patient

A point of contact (family member or caregiver age 18 and over) and a support plan will be established upon admission. The point of contact will be communicated with on a daily basis.

Surgery Patients

Adult surgery patients who stay overnight may have one (1) visitor in their room, unless patient is in a restricted area.

End-of-Life Care

One (1) visitor in their room is allowed to support the patient during end-of-life care. If supporting a COVID-19 patient, thorough education on risk and personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
